Mrs. Patricia Landers Carden

Mrs. Patricia Ann “Pat” Landers Carden, age 69 of Rockmart, Georgia passed away Friday, April 1, 2016. Mrs. Carden was born September 17, 1946 in Polk County, daughter of the late Leon Landers and the late Marie Nolen Dotts. She was a homemaker who loved to shop and give gifts. Mrs. Carden was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Bobby G. Carden on March 17, 2007. Survivors include three god-children, Holly Wesson of Calhoun, Jason Wall and Mitch Wall both of Rockmart; sister, Candy Dotts of Cartersville; brother, Keith Hughes of Grand Rapids, Michigan; seven god-grandchildren, Cody Wesson, Cameron Wesson, Lexie Wesson, Jordon Wall, Makaila Wall, Gabriella Wall and Tyler Wall also survive. Private family graveside and interment services for Mrs. Carden will be held on Monday, April 4th in the family lot of the Smyrna United Methodist Church Cemetery of Dallas with memories and eulogies shared by family members. Honorary escorts will be: Alix Ingram, Cody Wesson and Cameron Wesson. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, April 4th prior to the graveside service from 12 noon until 1:30 p.m. Freeman Harris Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral graveside service for Mrs. Patricia Ann “Pat” Landers Carden.
