Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Hawkins Thimesch, age 72, of Rockmart, passed away Tuesday November 24, 2020. She was born November 28, 1947, to parents, the late Mr. Frank Hawkins and the late Mrs. Minnie Hawkins. She loved the lord and loved spending time with her family. Mrs. Thimesch was a one-of-a-kind and was loved by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Thimesch was preceded in death by her siblings, James Doyle Hawkins and Imogene Downey. Survivors include her loving husband, Mr. Philip Thimesch; children, Kelly Jeane Hunt and Michael Anthony Thimesch; sister Velma Delores; grandchildren, Ashley Kimberlyn Richey and Lollie; niece, Christine and Gary Richey. Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Thimesch will be private. Due to the current COVID-19 regulations, our staff is committed to taking care of our guests and families we serve.
